Frequently Asked Questions

1- What currency is being used to express the product prices?

All the prices in our store are shown in Argentine pesos. Payments made in foreign currencies shall be accordingly converted at check out, where the official exchange rate of the day shall be clearly displayed.

2- Do you accept payments in foreign currencies?

Yes, we accept dollars and euros.

3- Do you take credit and/or debit cards?

Yes, we take American Express, Cabal, Diners, MasterCard, Maestro, Nativa, Tarjeta Naranja and Visa credit cards. We offer different installment plans for each bank. Learn about each plan in the “Benefits” section.

4- Can I shop on my return? Or maybe book my shopping for my return?

We are proud of our “Gallery Safe” system, which allows you to shop upon departure and pick up your shopping when you return.

If your flight arrives at the jet bridges you can easily return to our store. If by coach, you’ll be driven straight to baggage claim.

5- Can I change the products I buy at ShopGallery?

All the products bought in any of our branches can be changed at any ShopGallery store. If you want to change any product and you can’t access the boarding area, you can change it at the shop outside the airport.

6- 6- How do I collect my shopping when I arrive? Where should I go? What should I do if my flight is delayed and the shop is closed? How long do I have to pick my products up and where should I do so?

With Gallery SAFE, you can do your shopping and ask us to keep it for you until your return or until whenever you can collect it. You have up to 30 days as from the day of your return to collect your shopping with Gallery Safe.

7- Can I take bottles or perfume on the plane? What’s the limit?

In the case of direct domestic flights you can take up to 5 liters onto the cabin. Anyway, we recommend asking your airline operators as, depending on tour route, you may have to transfer in some place where the regulations differ.

8- What are your opening hours?

With Gallery SAFE, you can do your shopping and leave it with us so we can store it until you return or are able to pick it up.

Bear in mind that:
Buenos Aires Airfield is open from 4AM to 11PM.
Córdoba is open from 5 AM to 11 PM.
Mendoza is open from 5 AM to 11 PM.

9- Can I buy luggage? How do I get it onto the plane?

You can buy your luggage in the store and have it checked with your airline at boarding time, so your luggage reaches its destination in proper condition.

10- Do you have any other branches? Where?

We have three branches at Buenos Aires Airfield, another one in Córdoba and a fifth one in Mendoza.
